Should any defects develop under proper use of the goods supplied within the warranty period (12 months) after delivery, as a consequence of manufacturing fault, then we will make good by repair or component replacement any such defect providing the defective goods are returned to us at the following address:
WARRIOR WATERFED SYSTEMS, SERVICING DEPT, UNIT 197, TELLCOM BUSINESS CENTRE, 20 CLIFTON ROAD, BLACKPOOL, LANCASHIRE, FY4 4QA.
You must obtain a Returns Number before sending back any system for servicing/repair.
If goods are received without a returns number, no action will be taken and the goods will be kept in storage for a period of 30 days before being disposed of. All goods must be adequately packaged. Carriage costs will be refunded if fault is deemed to fall within our guarantee. We cannot arrange collection of systems on your behalf. We shall not be liable in any way for consequential damage or loss or injury.
Any modifications, adaptations or fitting of non-approved components will render the above guarantee null and void. ‘Wear and tear’ is not covered under this guarantee.
Failure to adequately take appropriate care maintain any of our products will invalidate any warranty claim.
LIMITED WARRANTY & LIABILITY
In no event shall Warrior Waterfed Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, costs related to the removal or replacement of any products or rework charges) whether or not such damages are based on tort (including negligence), warranty, breach of contract or any other legal theory.
