All of our systems are covered by a 12 month back to base warranty.

If your system develops a fault, or you feel it it not performing optimally  you should contact our support team first so they can attempt to troubleshoot the problem. If our team are unable to diagnose & resolve the problem over the via telephone or email/Zoom they will ask you to send the item back to our workshop for diagnosis testing and repair.

You will need to cover any costs initially, in getting the item back to us, however, these costs will be refunded in full  once your system is repaired & fully tested  & returned to you.

we will also cover and costs to get the item back to you. Any items you are sending in for warranty should be sent with all accessories such as charger & remote control fobs if applicable to your system unless otherwise advised by one of our technicians.

What’s covered?

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months (or more if stated) after the date of invoice.

What’s not covered?

Carriage costs, Consequential loss, engineer call out, miss-use, intentional or accidental damage, consumable items like hoses, hose connectors & filters .

Repairing or replacing items does not extend the warranty period.

What to do

If you have a problem with any of our products, first of all call us. We will try to resolve the issue with as little inconvenience as possible. If goods have to be returned, you must complete our returns form here.

We will do our best to have your system repaired & returned to you within 72 hours.
